On 27.4.2026 we will carry out a technical modernisation of the cash outflow planning feature.
Customers with Pro or Advanced Package
From the transition date, you will have access to the new cash outflow planning with all improvements!
What you need to know:
- All planned and actual data will be retained during the transition.
- The functions “Complete month” and “Lock amount” will be replaced by new functions for quick plan creation and adjustment.
- The data format will change, which will affect, for example, the Excel export. Please export your projects before the specified date.
You can also switch your projects to the new solution before the transition date. You will find this option in the project view of the cash outflow plan.
Customers with other packages
From the transition date, you will have access to extended view and filter options as well as the possibility to share saved views. In addition, the project view of the cash outflow now shows the amounts not yet assigned, i.e. budget that has not yet been allocated to specific contract units and contracts.
What you need to know:
- All planned and actual data will be retained.
- The function “Complete month” will be discontinued.
- The function “Lock amount” will be replaced by automation options.
- The data format will change, which will affect, for example, the Excel export. Please export your projects before the specified date.
From the key date, a trial mode will be available to you, allowing you to try out the new cash outflow planning risk-free.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the function "Lock amount" being discontinued?
The standard behaviour in the new solution corresponds to "Lock amount". Planned values will no longer be adjusted automatically unless explicitly configured in the master data.
Pro and Advanced customers can additionally use the new convenience functions for quick replanning.
Why is the function "Complete month" being discontinued?
The automatic replanning that follows the action "Complete month" is no longer present in the new solution. Instead, we have improved the options for quick replanning through manual data entry or the use of convenience functions.
