Topic Overview

  • Opening and applying filters in tables
  • Text filter options (e.g. "does not contain")

Applying filters

In most lists and tables in Alasco, you can filter the displayed data. To apply a filter, for example in the contracts list:

  1. Open Contracts in the sidebar.
  2. Click the Filter button on the right side of the screen to open the filter panel.
  3. Select the field you want to filter by, enter the filter value, and select the corresponding filter condition.

Text filter conditions

When filtering by text fields (such as the name of a contract or contract unit), various conditions are available to narrow down your search results more precisely. Click on the condition dropdown next to the text input field to choose one of the following operations:

  • Contains: Displays all entries that contain the entered text.
  • Does not contain: Displays all entries that do not contain the entered text. This is particularly helpful for specifically excluding certain entries from the list.
