Extended cost group selection
In the Cost benchmarks, you can now filter by additional cost groups. The selection has been expanded to include any top-level group from 200 to 700, allowing you to get detailed benchmark values for your project.
- Open Benchmarks in the sidebar.
- In the filter options, select the desired cost group (e.g., cost group 200).
Display options: Absolute (€/m²) or Ratio
For all cost groups outside of 300 and 400, Alasco offers two ways to display the benchmark results:
- €/m²: Displays the costs as an absolute amount per square meter.
- Ratio: Displays the value of the selected cost group as a ratio relative to the sum of cost groups 300 and 400.
- Select a cost group outside of 300 and 400 in the filters.
- In the results view, switch between the €/m² and Ratio display options to adjust the view.
