How do I get support?

If you have any questions or problems while using Alasco, click on "Contact us" at the bottom left of your screen in the Alasco app. A support window will appear at the bottom left corner of the screen where you can search for Help Center articles on the relevant topic.

You can also access our Help Center by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the screen and then on "Help Center".

In case the suggested articles do not answer your question or solve the problem, click on the "Contact us" button at the bottom right of the support window. Now you have two options to contact us directly:

  • Live Chat

    • Choose Live Chat if you need urgent help in Alasco and can't get on without it

    • Live Chat is open Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm (lunch break is usually between 12:30pm and 1:30pm) 

  • Support Request

    • Select the support request to tell us about your concern via the contact form. You can attach up to five files (e.g. screenshots, table exports, invoices) to help us better understand your question

    • You can use this contact form at any time

Once we have received your enquiry, one of our Customer Enablement Managers will deal with your request as quickly as possible and get back to you. It is always better to use the contact form to send us an enquiry, however you can also email us directly at support@alasco.de.
