How do I get support?

If you have any questions or issues while using Alasco that cannot be resolved through one of our Help Centre articles, we are happy to assist you via Live Chat or Support Request.

In the Alasco app, click "Contact Us" on the bottom left of the screen to reach us. A support window will appear where you can search for Help Centre articles on the appropriate topic. If there are no suitable suggestions, click on the "Contact us" button on the bottom right of the support window.

Now you have the option to choose between Live Chat and Support Request.

Choose Live Chat if you urgently need help in Alasco and cannot continue working. The Live Chat is available from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00. Here you can get immediate help from one of our Customer Success Managers.

If you have a support request, you can always email us via the contact form at support@alasco.de. Here you have the option of sending us up to five files to help us better understand the question, such as screenshots, spreadsheet exports, invoices, etc.
Once we receive your request, one of our Customer Success Managers will take care of it as soon as possible and get back to you via the email address provided in Alasco.
