Contracts in Alasco

Contracts in Alasco reflect the actual contracts of a construction project. They include contract documents as well as relevant contract details as metadata. Contracts are always assigned to exactly one contract unit through which the respective invoice and change order-workflow is established.

When creating an contract, you specify not only the contract type but also the status. This may change during the course of the project. Alasco also allows you to record additional details on your own registers such as securities, reserves, financial risks and receivables or to leave comments on the contract.

In the further course of the project, the invoices submitted by the contractor are recorded and assigned to the contract. These are then settled by the contract terms and any stored cost allocations by the contracting entity. This also applies to any necessary change order.
