If you want to change your Alasco password, you have two options in Alasco. You can reset your password on the login page by clicking on "Forgot password?" and entering your email address. Alternatively, you can access your personal settings after logging in and changing your password there.
Resetting your password via the login page
After entering your email address, click on "Forgot password?".
In the window that appears, enter your email address. Instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to the email address provided.
Click on the "Change password" button in the email to set a new password. Please check your spam folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.
You will be redirected to the following page in order to enter and confirm a new password.
Changing the password in the personal settings
If you have already logged into your Alasco account but would still like to change your password, you can do this in your personal settings.
To do this, first, navigate to the personal settings by clicking on your name in the menu bar at the top right corner of the screen.
In the personal settings, you can find the "Change password" option in the password section. Click on it to set a new password.
In the window that appears, first enter your old password in order to define a new password.
Please make sure that your new password is not the same as your previous password and that it meets the following requirements:

At least 10 characters
- At least 3 of the following:
- Lower case letters (a-z)
- Upper case latters (A-Z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
- The password should not be commonly used
- The password must not consist entirely of digits
Confirm the process by clicking on the button "Set password".
